High-Expansion Foam Generators
The IFP TURBO-HX High Expansion Foam Generators are designed to perform reliably in tough conditions. Made from durable, corrosion-resistant Stainless Steel 316, they use a water-powered turbine to operate. These generators can produce foam with expansion ratios ranging from 350:1 to 925:1, depending on the flow rate of the foam solution and water pressure.
Unlike other models, these generators don’t require external power sources such as electricity or gasoline. Instead, they use the energy from the foam solution to drive a water-powered motor or turbine. The foam solution sprays onto a stainless steel screen, while a fan pushes air through the screen, creating large amounts of foam bubbles.
